What GH Intel is

GH Intel is an internal tool for Growth Hub advisers. It holds a library of business support programmes, grants, memberships and services, and helps advisers put together follow up emails, referral emails and printable handouts for the businesses they work with.

Information we collect

GH Intel has no user accounts, no database and no backend that stores your work. It does not ask you to sign in, and it does not collect names, contact details or any other personal information about you or the businesses you advise.

Anything you type into the tool — a business name, notes, the programmes you select — stays in your browser for as long as the page is open. Emails are copied to your clipboard and PDFs are built on your own device. Closing or refreshing the page clears what you entered. None of it is sent to us or saved anywhere by the app.

Cookies and analytics

GH Intel does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site — such as the IP address making the request, the page requested, and the time of the request — to serve the pages and to keep the service secure and reliable. These logs are handled by Vercel as our hosting provider and are not used to build any profile of you.

Links to other organisations

The programme listings link out to the organisations that run each programme. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s website, covered by their privacy policy rather than this one.

How advisers use what they create

Once an adviser copies an email or downloads a PDF, that content leaves GH Intel and is handled by their Growth Hub under its own privacy policy and record keeping — including any client details they add to it. If you are a business working with a Growth Hub and you want to know what they hold about you, ask the Growth Hub directly.

Changes to this policy

If how the tool handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
